Campaign to End Repression in Azerbaijan

The Campaign is a joint project of human rights defenders and NGOs highlighting the systemic nature of the practice of arbitrary detention for over two decades.

The Campaign is managed by Progress & Change Partnerships, at the behest of Azerbaijani lawyers, human rights defenders, and their organisations.

Over 400 political prisoners by December 2025, based on previous data from Azerbaijani civil society
